Can I get further information on a product?

If you have taken a look at our product details section against the product but have not found the information you are looking for, please just contact our expert team who will be happy to provide further product information. Please send them an email with the product name and the information you require and they will be happy to help.

How do I find out if a product meets the British Safety Standards?

Please just email one of our team and we will happily supply you with the relevant technical information. Please kindly note that due to GDPR it’s possible we may not be able to provide the full technical report. We do work in partnership with Trading Standards, as our customers’ safety is our number one priority, so if you have any further concerns we can work with them to provide you with the information you need.

What does the status 'Pre-Order' mean?

If an item is on pre-order, this means that the manufacturer is currently out of stock of this item but has issued us an estimated date of when we will receive more stock. The pre-order month is the month currently quoted by the manufacturer that we will receive more stock and we can get the stock anytime during that month. These are estimates given by the manufacturer to us and are subject to change. If you do need your goods by a certain date that is close to the delivery estimate, we would recommend that you look at an alternative product.

What is your pricing matching policy?

It’s simple. We’ll match the price and give you 10% of the difference if you find the same product cheaper on any other UK website.

Terms and Conditions
You are eligible for a price match if your request meets the following conditions:
1. The PreciousLittleOne price match applies only to UK internet retailers that have identical products and/or goods in stock immediately available (not on request) and the product and/or goods are priced accurately.
2. To qualify, we must be satisfied that (a) both products are identical (including colour and specification) and (b) the product you have found is actually available to purchase on the same website.
3. If the price match item is being sold through eBay, the item must be for sale as a ‘Buy It Now’ and not an auction-style listing.
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
1. Prices are compared on product price and when calculating the competitor’s total price comparisons will include the cost of the product plus delivery charges.
2. When requesting a price match you must include the name of the website where the product is cheaper, if possible, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper product, your name, email address and contact telephone number along with your PreciousLittleOne order number.
3. The PreciousLittleOne price match does not apply when you use coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on the alternative website.
4. The PreciousLittleOne price match cannot be used in conjunction with coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on the PreciousLittleOne website.
5. The PreciousLittleOne price match does not apply to any PreciousLittleOne sale or offer items or items available on rental terms.
6. The PreciousLittleOne price match will not apply to items that result in PreciousLittleOne making a loss to match. 
7. The PreciousLittleOne price match is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.

Product Guarantee Policy

What is covered under the guarantee?

This guarantee covers any manufacturer’s fault but does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage. The warranty is only valid for the original owner. The product should not have been misused, overloaded, or neglected and should have been maintained in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. The statutory rights* of the purchaser are not affected by the warranty.

How can I ensure that I meet the terms of the guarantee?

We would recommend that you register your guarantee with the manufacturer. Please check the manufacturer’s website for further details.

We would recommend, if possible, that you retain the original packaging throughout the guarantee period as the item(s) will need to be boxed if they need to be collected.

How long is my guarantee?

All the manufacturers we stock offer a minimum of 6 months guarantee which starts from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers any manufacturer’s fault but does not cover wear and tear. We would recommend that you register your guarantee with the manufacturer. Please check the manufacturer’s website for registration details. We would also recommend, if possible, to retain the original packaging throughout the guarantee period as the item(s) will need to be boxed if they need to be collected.
