We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your invoice or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
For your own piece of mind, PreciousLittleOne Ltd work closely with our home authority trading standards to ensure that we always comply with current legislation.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND...
Within 14 days
- Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Just return them to us in their original packaging, in a unused, saleable condition, within 14 days from date of receipt along with the invoice or order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging and we'll give you a refund or exchange.
- For Personal Care Products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been washed or used. Packs will only be accepted back if they are complete. This does not affect your statutory rights. Personal Care Products are clearly shown on the listing pages during the purchase process.
- If you would like us arrange the safe collection and return of any items we can organise this for you. Charges are applicable and are shown below. If you wish to go-ahead with this method of return please use our Online Returns Form.
- Made to order items and personalised items can only be returned if found to be faulty. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. Beds, mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty.
Collection Charges
You can choose to either organise your own return, at your own cost, or request a collection. Our courier collects Mon-Fri between 10:00 - 18:00. At least 24 hours notice is required to organise the collection. To take advantage of our collection service, charges are as follows:

Certain exceptions may apply with the larger furniture items collected from the following postcodes:
Postcodes BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH30-44, PH49-50,TR21-25, ZE
You will be informed of the returns charge applicable to you when requesting the collection.
A non-refundable collection charge of £40 will be applied to selected larger items due to surcharges imposed by the courier. These are marked as '* Additional Return Charges Apply' on the individual item listing.
Collection charges will still apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre).
Please note that if you are not using the original packaging or if you have written on the box, a reboxing fee of £4 per box will be added to your collection charge. Your box size must be within the following dimensions. If the box is outside these dimensions, we will incur a surcharge of £25 from our carrier which will be passed on to you. The size of each Parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension:
Calculation = Length (largest dimension) + (Width + Width + Height + Height) = 300cm or less.
IF THERE'S A FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT...
Within 28 days
- If you wish to return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt, we'll give you a replacement or a refund, following verification at the service centre. No collection fee is charged.
- If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Between 28 days - 6 months
- If you've had the product for up to 6 months following the date of receipt, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.
- If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
6 months +
- If you've had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION...
Returns Outside the UK
We are unable to organise returns from outside the UK. These will need to be returned at your own cost.
Refund Procedure
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to your card account.
Any payments made by PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by PreciousLittleOne, as per Distance Selling Regulations.

Packaging & Procedure
Please can you ensure your order is boxed securely and tape an envelope to the outside of the box containing your invoice and reason for return. If you do not have your invoice please write your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please write the following address on the outside of the envelope:

Loan Pushchairs
We understand that life can be difficult without a pushchair for the period of repair. We therefore offer a free of charge loan pushchair during the repair period should you require one. These are available for collection from us (subject to availability). Should you need for us to send the pushchair to you, this can be done at a charge of £12 for Zone 1 or £24 for Zone 2/3. This charge covers postage and collection.
