All products purchased from PreciousLittleOne are covered by a 6 months guarantee. We recommend that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, you will be asked to box the products prior to collection.
IF THERE'S A FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT...
Within 28 days
- If you wish to return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt, we'll give you a replacement or a refund, following verification at the service centre. No collection fee is charged.
- If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Between 28 days - 6 months
- If you've had the product for up to 6 months following the date of receipt, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.
- If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
6 months +
- If you've had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair.
Please ensure that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must returned in their original packaging.
Packaging & Procedure
Please can you ensure your order is boxed securely and tape an envelope to the outside of the box containing your invoice and reason for return. If you do not have your invoice please write your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please write the following address on the outside of the envelope:

Please note that for faulty items, you may be asked to label the box with an alternative address
If you are not using the original packaging, your box size must be within the following dimensions. If the box is outside these dimensions, we will incur a surcharge of £25 from our carrier which will be passed on to you. The size of each Parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension.
Calculation = Length (largest dimension) + (Width + Width + Height + Height) = 300cm or less
Please note:
- The warranty is only valid for the original owner.
- The warranty only covers manufacturing faults and not accidental damage or general wear and tear.
- The product should not have been misused, overloaded or neglected and should have been maintained in line with the manufacturers instructions.
- The statutory rights of the purchaser are not affected by the warranty.
- We are only able to pick up from and deliver to UK address for any faults reported.
