Delivery Charges - Zone 1
Zone 1 delivery charges are FREE for all purchases over £29.99 and £3.95 for all deliveries under £30.
Zone 1 includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. All postcodes not mentioned in Zones 2 and 3.
Delivery Charges - Zones 2 & 3
Zones 2 & 3 delivery charges are £3.95 for all postal items and £8 per box for all other orders.
Zone 2 & 3 includes Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PO30, PH30-44, PH49-50,TR21-25, ZE.

Items showing 'In Stock'
Where an item states 'In Stock', the main item displayed is in stock in our warehouse. The following delivery terms will apply in this instance:
Next Working Day Delivery
If the order is placed before 12pm on a working day when delivery is to the same address as the invoice address and 10am when delivery is to a different address to the invoice address and the 'Next Working Day Delivery' option is selected at an extra cost of £3.95, the order will be dispatched same day* via Parcelforce 24, therefore delivery will be 1 working day for Zone 1 deliveries and 2 working days for Zone 2/3 deliveries.
This excludes Saturday, Sunday and regional Bank Holidays. If the order is placed after midday, dispatch will be next working day.
Next Working day delivery will only apply to the main item ordered. We will also include all other items ordered that are in stock but any items that are not in stock will follow once in stock. Any items not in stock will have a 7 - 14 working day delivery timescale.
Standard Delivery
If the order is placed before 12pm on a working day when delivery is to the same address as the invoice address and 10am when delivery is to a different address to the invoice and the 'Standard Delivery' option is selected, the order will be dispatched same day* via Parcelforce 48, therefore delivery will be 2 working days for Zone 1 deliveries and 3 working days for Zone 2/3 deliveries.
This excludes Saturday, Sunday and regional Bank Holidays. If the order is placed after midday, dispatch will be next working day.
Standard Delivery will only apply to the main item ordered. We will also include all other items ordered that are in stock but any items that are not in stock will follow once in stock. Any items not in stock will have a 7 - 14 working day delivery timescale.
Saturday Delivery
If the order is placed before 12pm on Friday when delivery is to the same address as the invoice address and 10am when delivery is to a different address to the invoice and the 'Saturday Delivery' option is selected at an extra cost of £14.95, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the Saturday immediately following the date of order. If the order is placed after midday on Friday delivery will be the following Saturday.
Saturday Delivery is not possible for Zone 2/3 deliveries.

Royal Mail Deliveries
Items under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Delivery will be 5-7 working days from date of dispatch
Items showing 'Hurry! Low on Stock'
Where an item states 'Hurry! Low On Stock', the main item is in stock in our warehouse. The following delivery terms apply in this instance:

Items showing '7 - 14 Day Delivery'
Where an item states '7 - 14 Day Delivery', the main item is not currently in stock in our warehouse and will be ordered in from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Delivery will be up to 7-14 working days from date of order. If there is any delay beyond this, you will be contacted.
* Same Day Dispatch is available Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Cut off is 12pm when delivery is to the same address as the invoice address and 10am when delivery is to a different address to the invoice
Stock Availability
In order to provide such a wide stock range it is not possible for us to stock every product and some products will be ordered in from the manufacturer. We can therefore not always 100% guarantee stock availability. To be sure of stock availability, we would advise you to contact us on either 0845 226 0754 (Local Rate Call) or email us.
Packaging
We may use recycled packaging if the original box has been damaged or for goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton. Therefore contents may difffer to the description shown on the carton. Please check inside for goods ordered. Should the parcel be refused without checking, a £12 returns charge will be applicable.
Do we deliver to your address?
We deliver to postal areas in the UK; England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands
For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery to UK addresses overseas, islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the UK.
Can I send things to more than one address
We are happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. You will need to email us with your special requirements quoting your order number.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
ALL ITEMS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. We will not allow the courier to leave the item in an unsecured location. Our deliveries will be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 and 18.30. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available. Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card "We're holding an item of mail for you." at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver with further details. The order will be held for up to three weeks, after which time your items will be returned to our warehouse. If the item is returned to our warehouse, you will incur a charge of £12 to cover both delivery and return costs.
Only part of my order has arrived
If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact our Customer Services Representatives.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
We would ask that you accept the delivery and check if the contents of the box is damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged, please report this to our customer services on 0845 226 0754 (Local Rate Call) or send an email to our customer service department who will decide on the best course of action to resolve this matter. Collection charges will apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre).
